Fontealta, established in 1999 in Viareggio, has been producing stainless steel solutions, from the first shower columns for yachts to a variety of indoor and outdoor faucets. Spider has handled every aspect of the brand’s new identity, crafting a unified image that’s easily recognizable both online and offline. Much like a wave that shapes and renews, the redesign showcases Fontealta’s purest and most modern form.

The brand strategy is based on simplicity and increased recognizability. From this idea, the monogram and wordmark emerged as key visual elements, capturing both rigor and authority. The double "F," inspired by the brand's design aesthetic, is woven together to represent the connection between tradition and the future. The wordmark was also redesigned to align with the new identity, opting for a clean, readable type that leaves a strong and memorable mark.

The pattern is crafted to be adaptable for packaging of different sizes and shipping materials, a simple yet impactful design that immediately transports you into the world of Fontealta.

The color palette is inspired by the brand's nautical roots and its unbreakable bond with steel. Through catalogs, business cards, and letterheads, Fontealta now showcases a bold, consistent identity that sets it apart.

The brand identity adorns the packaging, with custom-printed tissue paper wrapping the products inside elegant cardboard boxes. From the pouch holding the plaques to the design of the steel care cloth, the new identity reveals itself in every detail.

Fontealta uniforms feature the monogram, along with a new addition: the made in Viareggio seal, inspired by the historic Viareggio coat of arms, combining nautical legacy, local pride, and the authenticity of Italian craftsmanship.

Tailored finishes are a key strength of the company. To emphasize this, a custom-designed postcard was created for distribution at trade shows, inviting guests to envision Fontealta's design in every possible hue.
